Responsibilities of the Editorial and Editorial Board<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The decision on the adoption of articles to the editor<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The editorial board of the journal \"Scientific knowledge: methodology and technology\" reserves the right to accept articles for publication or to refuse the author's publication. When deciding whether to accept or reject an article, the editorial board is guided by the journal's policy (compliance with scientific specialization), the basic requirements for publications, and so on. The editor of the journal has the right to reject \/ return the article for revision if it does not meet the requirements or to accept it for publication, if it has no comments.<\/span><\/p>\n

Impartiality<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The editorial board accepts scientific works exclusively on their content and correctness of execution, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, political views, ethnicity, citizenship, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confidentiality<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The editorial board does not disclose information about accepting or rejecting the article to anyone except the author (s), co-author (s), reviewers; as well as personal data of authors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conflicts of interest<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The editors of the journal are guided by the Regulation on the refusal to publish scientific articles of the Ethics Committee of the Publisher when it comes to rejecting an article or adjusting an already printed work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unpublished materials in the article, which was adopted by the editorial board, are not used by members of the editorial board for their own research without reference to the author of the already printed work. Interesting and useful information from the submitted articles can be used only for information and is not used in their own interests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Advertising, reprinting and other manipulations do not affect the decisions of members of the editorial board for the adoption of articles for printing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The editors of the journal is obligated to carry out technical, scientific, linguistic editing of accepted articles.<\/span><\/p>\n

The editorial board is committed to collaborating and interacting with potential and actual authors of the articles, providing them with the necessary assistance and answering their questions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Reviewers<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Participation in making editorial decisions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The reviewer assists the editorial board in making decisions about whether or not an article is to be printed or not published. In addition, the reviewer helps the author in adjusting and improving his work.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confidentiality<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Any scientific work, subject to reviewing, is considered as a confidential document and is not subject to discussion with third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n

Objectivity<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Reviewing is always carried out objectively. Personal criticism of the authors is unacceptable. Reviewers should express their views clearly with constructive<\/span> comments and advice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Confirmation of scientific sources<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Reviewers should indicate sources that were not mentioned in the work. Any scientific data or judgments previously discovered by other authors must necessarily contain references to the work of this author \/ authors. Reviewers should also check the article and plagiarism and inform the members of the editorial board about its presence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of the authors<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Reports on the reliability of information<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Authors who submit the results of their research in the article should present them in accordance with the requirements for drawing up articles in a clear sequence. Articles should describe the main study and necessarily additional data and links to other works that were used for the study. The presence of false or inaccurate data is unacceptable and is considered to be a violation of publication ethics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Authenticity and plagiarism<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Authors who submit their articles to the editors of the journal must guarantee the accuracy of the data presented in their works. When using data from other scientists, the authors of the articles should make references to their research in the list of references.<\/span><\/p>\n

Repeated publication of one article<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Authors are not allowed to print an article that has already been published.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confirmation of scientific sources<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The authors should indicate (cite) the publications, the data of which was used during the research and writing a scientific article.<\/span><\/p>\n

Authorship of the article<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

The co-authors of the article are those who made a significant contribution to the study, which the article is devoted to. All co-authors should be familiar with and agree with the final publication. All co-authors should be indicated before submitting the work to the editor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mistakes in published works<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

If the author of the article finds a significant error or inaccuracy in his already published work, he must inform the editor or the responsible secretary of the journal about this in order to find the appropriate solution to eliminate this problem (reprint the journal or publish the corresponding amendments in another journal).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
